Seberang Prai City
Today's haze wasn't too bad, so I took a little drive to check out this place. The question is, when is the shopping centre opening? Amidst all our economic woes with lessened spending power for our hard-earned ringgit, how successful will this place turn out to be? Will it draw in the crowds but more importantly, will the crowd spend?
