MidValley and chess

It's not everyday that you see a shopping mall decorated in a chess theme but the MidValley does it often enough. At least once a year, they'll wheel out their giant chess pieces for display on the third floor of the Centre Court just before the entrance to the convention centre.

But this year, they MidValley outdid themselves with these cool displays at the North Court. When I was in Kuala Lumpur last month, they were the first things I noticed when I arrived by train from KL Sentral.
