Fusion food

I had an interesting exploratory buffet lunch with one of my friends, Eric, who drove up from Kuala Lumpur to escape the heat there. Trouble was, the heat followed him here.

Anyway, these pictures showed part of my lunch with him yesterday at a fusion food restaurant in Autocity, Juru. These are some of the dishes I would recommend to diners: crabmeat with cheese, scallops baked in some unrecognisable sauce, cod grilled in teriyaki sauce and sashimi.

There were others but we were too hungry to snap their pictures before they found their way down the gullet!
