I was having dinner with friends last night in Bayan Baru. Fifty years ago, we were young lads entering Penang Free School in her Sesquicentenary year. Form One, in classes 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e and 1f. Fifty years later, we are still fortunate enough to be together to celebrate the Alma Mater's Bicentenary. My batch of mates are truly the original Sesquicentenary boys.
