Like facing a firing squad
Several weeks ago, my wife and I had enrolled for a yoga class at The Old Frees' Association. The first class was held yesterday in the Bay Avenue premises with 11 persons. Fun-filled hour learning the rudiments of this type of exercise. We were very surprised that learning to stand and lie down properly required so much effort.
For want of a better picture, here's the group photo that was taken by one of the OFA committee members. But I really am puzzled why, when it comes to taking photographs, many people sub-consciously tend to stand at attention. It's like facing a firing squad, yes?
Anyway, we are looking forward to the second lesson next Saturday.
