The unknown people here have gone to extreme lengths to doctor bona fide pictures for their own ends, which is to advertise a questionable product that had been seemingly endorsed by respectable persons or institutions.

In this case, making use of the images of the Director-General of Health, Malaysia. It's unethical and devious. I hear there are other instances too of images of the Health Minster himself being doctored to show him holding the same product.
As can be seen in the pictures below, the original image had been edited to replace the real objects he held with the dubious one. If you look deeper into their website, you will realise that these unscrupulous people have also used other innocuous pictures in an attempt to give credence to their unsupported claims. Don't say that you haven't been warned about their tactics or this particular product they are hocking! Don't be duped.
