Longest yew char koay

I came across a foodie video several days ago where it claimed that there was this hawker stall on the island that made the longest yew char koay (cruller) in Penang.

I was unimpressed looking at the visual because I have come across another stall in Penang that made an even longer version of this popular morning breakfast food.

I'm not a fan of yew char koay, unfortunately, but this morning, I decided to revisit the stall in order to confirm that my suspicion was correct.

And it was indeed correct. This stall in Bukit Mertajam made whoppers that measured 17 inches or 43 centimetres long. Wow...
