Another old picture of the Boston building at the corner of Penang Road and Prangin Road has come to my attention. As I haven't featured it before in this blog, it is very appropriate that I should show it now. As can be seen from the picture, Cathay and Odeon were advertising the screenings of Born Free and The Singing Nun in their respective cinemas. Both these films were released in 1966 and I would guess that it could be in late 1966 or early 1967 that they made their way to our local cinemas.
