Insipid announcement

At long last, Najib Abdul Razak announced the dissolution of the Malaysian Parliament this morning after 11.30a.m. I didn't manage to catch the whole announcement but just a snippet of it where he was trying to justify the accomplishments of his government. What the fuck, with him looking so sombre, it sounded more like an apology of sorts to me. Rather pathetic. Lukewarm. Didn't inspire much confidence at all.
