Yes, finally it's formal. Owen Hargreaves is now officially a Red Devil, having put his signature on the dotted line of a four-year contract.
"It was probably the worst-kept secret in football, but it's great to be here." Manchester United chief executive David Gill apparently thinks so too!
Owen: "I think it’s great to finally reach a positive conclusion. Especially after all the time and energy that’s been put in from everyone involved. I set lots of targets over the last decade and have also fulfilled them. I expect that to continue. A new era is starting for me now and I hope to achieve even more. I don’t have any concrete aims, but you have got to win everything at Manchester.”
