More emphasis on George Town's heritage?

I just noted a slight reshuffle in the Penang state government yesterday. Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has assumed responsibility over heritage, which I deem as a good move. He has got to take over this role in order for the Penang government to be seen as serious in protecting George Town's UNESCO world cultural heritage listing. Good for him, good for George Town and good for Penang!

In the meantime, with the swearing in of the new Deputy Chief Minister (I), the reshuffled list of executive councillors and their portfolios are:
