Dementia is a health bummer that can strike at anybody. Lately, I've been hearing stories from friends and relatives about how dementia had struck at their elderly family members. I don't have to look far myself. Prior to his passing, my father-in-law was already suffering from it mildly. And yesterday, I had visited my old dentist at his home - he retired some years back and his business has been sold - and saw how his wife was coping with his condition. "The forgetfulness comes and goes," she told me, "but he doesn't like to talk now." Today, this three-part video on dementia came to my attention. Very helpful information there; it explains a lot. Worth a look.
