I suppose each set of screwdrivers came with a 200-page Manual or User Guide?

1. Who negotiated the prices with the suppliers?
2. Who raised the Purchase Orders?
3. Who approved the Purchase Orders?
4. Who owned the businesses that supplied all the stuff ordered?
5. Where does the Buck stop?
6. Whose head will roll?
7. Who will get off scot-free?
8. Where has the money gone?
9. Do we, the tax payers, get a refund?
10. Who will answer my questions???
