Japan's Kanchubai

My friend Ted loves all kinds of Japanese food. Ask him to recommend the best Japanese restaurant in the city and he'll tell you where. Right now, his favourite seems to be the restaurant at the G Hotel in Gurney Drive. All he does is to tell the chef Anything Goes and the chef will whip up off-the-menu items just for him.

If he's in the mood, he'll also recommend you the best sake - Japanese wine - to go with your food. That's it in the picture. Goes by the name of Kanchubai but please make sure that you pronounce it properly when you order. Wouldn't want to be misinterpreted or misunderstood, would you?
