If the Penang government is serious about going green, making shoppers pay for plastic bags only once a month is not enough. Well, a good start considering it was the previous administration that talked so very much about environment but nothing was ever done. At least LGE and his team have taken the step to do so. So what is this about paying once a month? 4 time a month, brudder.
